Luck in Engineering

Not everyone is lucky to be placed in engineering-On campus placements. Indian Engineering colleges are well equipped with placement cells, although it's a good thing to be accounted we need to know that, to crack placements in the pre-final year or final year one should have a bag full of luck to get them.

I (Author) strongly feel that luck is not the only factor to be considered for getting placed in some company on campus, luck that is followed by a little knowledge over the stream you had chosen can definitely pick you by some company.


Certainly coming across the career option, we need a clarity of choosing a path of getting a job or studying abroad.
Nowadays studying abroad is being chosen by many students, one should be clear that only if you have good knowledge in the stream that you have done your degree then only it's good to prefer studying abroad. Apart from this, getting placement on campus isn't that easy task in a country like India where youth are highly multi-talented. But only 40 per cent of the students are easily cracking placements because they are strong technically and also good in Aptitude ( I know it sounds awkward ). The other 60 per cent are also highly talented where they have good memory power, it means that they are strong at the theoretical subject value and giving less preference to the subject knowledge application which doesn't add value to the career.

So, it is better to prefer application knowledge instead of concentrating on marks which leads to a final result of pushing anyone ( choosing theoretical subject value ) into the other 60% populated students which have been mentioned in the above para.

Engineering in India

Engineering in India is a big deal or not ?

Engineering seems a great deal when it comes to India. People of all standards join engineering here. there are no such discussions for joining into engineering. Here,Apart from students interest, parents and relatives play a major role. Once upon a time there exists a group of quality engineers where engineering is considered as a big deal which includes interests in them. In those days engineering is a degree that has been appreciated where new innovations are born from the talented ones. But In these days engineering is considered as a compulsory degree, where a student after his/her schooling is made to join and study engineering or MBBS.

However, Interested and enthusiastic people join MBBS with good ranking and mindset (depends) to survive in there field. But, When it comes to Engineering phase , now a days interests doesn't drive them here, its a dynamic force that has been produced by the society here. In some cases, its very rare such that a student comes up with Pure heart and interest into this field. But still engineering in India is said as not preferable because of the least practical knowledge over the theoretical knowledge. This is how the present society kills the freedom and thinking ability of the future generation and future citizens of the country. At least by now, students or The future citizens of India has got the capability to think on their own such that they drive themselves to the desired destination. This is what the transformation means. But the sad reality is that , this process of transformation takes much time . Although it takes time, we are happy to see such change in Our country.
